Unfortunately, this issue may occur from time to time. Often, simply turning Bluetooth off and back on can help. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your mobile device.
To return the bike, you must bring it back to one of the designated parking locations listed on the bike management screen. Always make sure to lock the bike when returning it.
If a bike has been reported for maintenance or inspection, it is temporarily unavailable for rental. This means it cannot be rented. It’s also possible that the bike is already in use.
If you’d like to withdraw the remaining balance from your wallet, please send an email to info@promo-bikey.nl. We will then refund the amount to your bank account.
At the moment, this is unfortunately not possible. However, we are working to make this available in the future.
You’ll have the option to report an issue after returning the bike. If something goes wrong during your rental period, you can reach us by phone at +31 6 41258779.
The battery lasts for approximately 40 kilometers per ride. However, we recommend keeping a margin of 35 kilometers to ensure you can return without any issues.
